Size Uncertainty

If you are unsure about your size, you can order up to three different sizes to try. Keep the one that fits, and return the others on the spot. If no size works for you, return with the delivery. Please note that a delivery fee of 2JDs will apply for all cases.

Tried and Didn't Like

If you try on an item and decide it is not for you, you can return it on the spot. Please note that a delivery fee of 2JDs will apply.

No Returns

Please note that all sales are final, and no returns are accepted beyond the exchange policy outlined.

First Week Maintenance

If you find any defects due to tailoring (not misuse) within 7 days of receiving your order, we offer free maintenance.
